In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Dr Subhash Garg of RLD won in this seat defeating Vijay Bansal(Pappu Banda) of BJP by a margin of 15,710 which was 9.04% of the total votes cast for the seat. RLD had a vote share of 30.43% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Vijay Bansal (Pappu Banda) of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Dalveer Singh of BSP by a margin of 22,694 votes which was 15.36% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 38.94% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Vijay Bansal of BJP won this seat beating Aditya Raj Sharma of BSP by a margin of 23,486 votes which was 21.76% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BSP had a vote share of 48.72% in the seat.
