New Delhi: Foraying into the low-cost smartphone category, Zync has launched its Cloud Z401 smartphone. The phone is priced at Rs 4,499 and has a 4-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen. The phone runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread (With ICS UI) platform.
