Woman killed over family tiff

BANGALORE: Jayamma, a 60 year old woman was killed by her son in law, when she tried to stop a fight between her daughter and son in law.
According to the police, the accused Vijay Kumar (30), is a resident of Jai Bhima Nagar. He was recently arrested on murder charges and was out on bail. Vijay was a chronic alcoholic and used to have regular fights with his wife over trivial issues. Dejected over his behaviour his wife had decided to stay at her parents's house in Adugodi along with her kid, said the police.
