Vision of Guru a strong weapon, says K Babu

ALUVA: The vision of Sree Narayana Guru should be used as a strong weapon to fight against the social evils and exploitations existing in the present world, Excise Minister K Babu said here on Sunday.He was inaugurating the centenary celebrations of the installation of Sree Sarada Devi at Sivagiri Mutt, organised by the Ernakulam District Committee of the Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha under the Sree Narayana Dharma Sangam Trust. Sivagiri Madathipathi P K Prakasananda Swamikal lighted the traditional lamp. Sivaswaroopananda Swamikal delivered the blessing speech. Sachithananda Swamikal gave the Sree Sarada Devi installation message. M N Chandran presided over the meeting. K P Dhanapalan MP, Anwar Sadath MLA, M T Jacob, P K Asokan, K S Jain, Vijayan Kulatherry, Narayana Pillai, N Suguthan, M V Manoharan and P P Bibin spoke on the occasion. Geetha Suraj led the study class held in connection with the celebration. P O Suresh Kumar and Saina Subramanium assisted Geetha Suraj in the study class.
