Two constables attempt to loot ATM

GULBARGA: Two police constables on duty on Wednesday night in Aland town, allegedly tried to loot an automated teller machine (ATM) of the Syndicate Bank.Gulbarga SP Praveen Pawar told reporters that a complaint had been lodged at Aland Police Station. He said that the video footage of a CCTV show constables Venkatesh and Ambaraya trying to loot the ATM. He said that he would verify the antecedents of these constables.The SP said that he would personally look into the case and if the constables were found guilty, they would be dealt with as per the law.
