Three arrested in court attack case

The Rajendranagar police on Tuesday arrested three persons who were involved in attacking Sekhar Yadav (34) near Upparapalli court.

Police also seized daggers and lethal weapons from them. The accused were produced before the court and sent to remand.

According to police, the arrested are Srisailam Yadav (51) and his son Pradeep Yadav (24), residents of Surangal village of Moinabad and Srinu (24), resident of Sheikpet.

“The three persons confessed before the police that they were involved in attacking Sekhar. Srisailam Yadav is Sony’s father who got her married to Sekhar. When she failed to pay additional dowry, he got married a second time with one Srilatha,” sub inspector Lakshmikanth Reddy said.
