Valencia: Adrian Sutil's camp doesn't look to be too worried about the criminal complaint that has been filed by Lotus Renault GP co-owner Eric Lux.
"It's good that this thing has come out in the open. The truth will finally come out in the court," remarked a confident Manfred Zimmermann, manager of the Force India driver, in an exclusive interview with ibnlive.com.
It may be recalled that Sutil was involved in an incident in a Shanghai nightclub after which Lux was seen carrying an injury on his neck.
Zimmermann said that they hadn't received a letter about the complaint but expected to get it next week. "We know the complaint has been filed in a Munich court. We have engaged the services of a lawyer. We will be giving our response," he said.
Zimmermann expressed surprise about the timing of the complaint. "It's really strange that the complaint has been filed 10 weeks after the incident took place," he said. He added that an incident in Shanghai did take place but whatever happened was completely unintentional.
