When the play began there was a hope that despite losing its top order the Indian would be able to reach some where near Englan'd total. However after the fall of Yuvraj that became very difficult and when Dravid got out whatever little hopes that we had evaporated.

However the Indian lower order and the tail displayed a very positive attitude. If Dhoni and Pathan and later Sreesanth and Kumble had not played the way they did then India would have been in far greater trouble.

Dhoni attacked brilliantly and was given good support by Pathan. In my opinion the problem with India is that its top order is not firing and that is putting too much pressure on the lower order.

Sehwag is failing regularly and so is Sachin Tendulkar. But still I would not like to change the combination of the team and go in with five bowlers.

If we closely analyse this Test match then it is Sreesanth, the fifth bowler, who has got us the wicket. If he was not in the team then India would have been in deep, deep trouble.

He is a lion-hearted player and has shown the right kind of attitude and aggression on the field.

Even when he was batting and hit on the helmet, he was not perturbed and showed that by playing a tennis-like shot for a boundary. His never-say-die approach is very refreshing and it brings a fresh lease of life in the team.

When he came to bowl in England's second innings his line and lenght was just perfect. He troubled the batsmen and was very unlucky not to pick more wickets.

The England bowlers were also brilliant today and I was very impressed by the way Anderson bowled. He was relentlessly bowling on the off stump and to do so in the heat and humidity of Mumbai is comendable.

On the fourth day if Munaf and Sreesanth can take some quick wickets then there is a chance for India. The pitch is already turning amd there is an uneven bounce. These are the right kind of conditions for Kumble and Harbhajan to wipe out the England batting.

They have to fire if India has to have any chance of winning the match.

If we get them out for around 175-200 then India will not have to chase a huge target.
