THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of the National Blood Donation Day falling on October 1, Terumo Penpol Limited is planning to organise a slogan competition on promotional blood donation messages. The aim is to find out a slogan on voluntary blood donation which can inspire the youth to organise blood donation camps and donate blood regularly. The best slogan received from this competition will be used as the punch line for all the future campaigns of Terumo Penpol, a statement from the company said. Registration time for the slogan competition would start at 9 am at the Vyloppilli Samskrithi Bhavan. Slogans should not exceed 20 words. A participant can only submit one slogan. Allotted time for the competition would be 15 minutes. Terumo Penpol would have the copyright for the winning slogans. There will be separate prizes for high school, higher secondary and college students. The prizes will be distributed on the same day at 3 pm at the venue itself. There is no registration fee and lunch will be provided at the venue for the participants. Those who are interested should get in touch with the PRO, Terumo Penpol Limited, on 3015602 between 9 am and 5.30 pm on or before September 18.
