A day after an eight-year-old boy’s body was found stuffed in a gunny bag, the victim’s sisterin- law and her paramour were arrested for murdering him, on Sunday.

Class III student Sathish (8), son of Thimmarayappa of Kothur village near here, was found murdered on Saturday night. During police inquiry, the boy’s sister-in-law Kala and her paramour Puttappa confessed that they killed the eight-year-old as he saw them together.

On Saturday evening, Satish left for his brother’s house, located on their farm land. His brother, Shankar, a driver by profession, was away at work.
