CHENNAI: The state government announced the transfer and postings of 10 more IPS officers on Friday.
Shankar Jiwal, IGP, Intelligence, Chennai, has been transferred and posted as IGP, Special Task Force, with headquarters at Sathyamangalam, Erode, replacing A Alexander Mohan.G Durairaj, IGP, Civil Supplies CID, Chennai, has been posted as IGP, Coastal Guard Security, Nagapattinam; M Ravi has been posted as IGP/Chief Vigilance Officer, Tamil Nadu Milk Producers' Federation Ltd, Madhavaram, replacing Prateep V Phillip.

M C Sarangan has been posted as Deputy IGP/Chief Vigilance Officer, State Transport Corporation, Coimbatore, with headquarters at Erode, and K Periaiah has become Deputy IGP, Training, Chennai, replacing R Thirugnanam.

S Durairaj has been posted as SP, Tamil Nadu Police Academy, replacing S Mallikha, who has been transferred, and S Lakshmi has been posted as SP, CCIW, CID, Chennai, replacing M Vijayalakshmi, who has been transferred.
