New Delhi: Struggling badminton player Saina Nehwal on Thursday lost a place to be eighth in the world rankings while her compatriot PV Sindhu managed to retain her ninth spot in the latest chart, issued by Badminton World Federation.
Saina, the Olympic bronze medallist, has been enduring a a poor run of form of late. Last week she was ousted in quarterfinals the All England Championship. This week she is competing in Swiss Open at Basel.
