Robbers attack jewellery store owner

BANGALORE: In yet another gold heist in the city, two miscreants attacked a gold jewellery shop owner and an employee and made away with jewellery worth more than Rs 5 lakh.
The daylight robbery took place in Santosh Jewellers, near Old Uco Bank Road in Ram Murthy Nagar police limits on Monday.Shop owner Prakash, who sustained serious head injury in the incident, has been admitted to a private hospital. He is out of danger. Surendra, the employee of the shop, has also sustained minor injuries.
