HYDERABAD: Satyam Computers’ B Ramalinga Raju and six others who are accused in the Rs 14,000 crore accounting scam, might move the 21st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) court on Monday for bail.Raju is availing the right to seek bail in the wake of the Supreme Court directive on October 26 last year that he may move a local court only if the trial of the case is not completed by July 31. “The trial has not been completed before the stipulated time. Cross examination of witnesses is going on now. So we can move the court on Monday,” a source said. Raju and seven other accused are presently lodged in Chanchalguda jail in Hyderabad. The High Court on August 18 had granted bail to Raju, his brother Rama Raju, former CFO V Srinivas and three other former IT company employees - G Ramakrishna, Venkatapathi Raju and Saisailam. But  the CBI, which investigated the case, approached the Supreme Court which cancelled the bail on October 26. On Nov 10, Raju surrendered before the local court. When contacted, Bharat Kumar, legal advisor to Ramalinga Raju, refused to comment.
