He has earned the dubious distinction of becoming the second batsman to make maximum number of 90s.

Mohali: The nervous 90s syndrome got the better of Rahul Dravid for the ninth time in his career on the fourth day of the second cricket Test against England at Mohali on Sunday.

When Dravid was clean bowled by rival skipper Andrew Flintoff for 95 during India's first innings, he earned the dubious distinction of becoming the second batsman to make maximum number of 90s.

In fact, he equalled former Australian batsman Michael Slater's record, who also was dismissed nine time when in 90s.

There has been only one instance when Dravid remained not out when in 90's. It was in Sydney in 2004 when he made 91 not out.

Former Australian captain Steve Waugh leads the list with 10 times being in 90s and remaining not out twice.
