Pak: 1 dead, dozens trapped in building collapse

Lahore: One person was feared killed and dozens were trapped in rubble after a building collapsed in this eastern Pakistani city on Monday following a gas explosion.

Officials said the blast at the three-storey building was caused by a gas leak.

Two houses next to the building were badly damaged by the explosion.

Rescue workers were trying to dig out people buried in the debris.

The building housed a factory, where over 100 people worked.
