New Delhi: No diesel cabs will be allowed to run in Delhi and other parts of national capital region from Sunday with the Supreme Court refusing to extend the deadline.
A plea for extension by diesel taxi owners, who told the apex court that there is no technology to convert diesel vehicles to CNG mode, was dismissed on saturday.
Earlier, the court had shifted the deadline from April 1 to May 1. Here are the highlights of the court decision.
