CHENNAI: Beauty queen Pooja Hegde likes her burgers. And the pretty lass who is acting opposite Jiiva in Mysskin's much talked about Mugamoodi revealed that on the set, where South Indian meals are aplenty, she sometimes ended up asking for her favourite doubled-bunned snack. So when the actor was invited to make an appearance at the launch of the McDonald's Spice fest recently, she obviously couldn't refuse it. "I grew up eating happy meals," she smiles brightly. And then exclaims after posing with 'Chief Happiness Officer' Ronald McDonald — "I've got to tweet this!"After assisting Ronald in his magic sessions for the kids from New Life Vision Charity and playing Guess the Spice with a blindfold on, the actor settled for a brief chat with City Express. Apparently, the debutante in Kollywood will be taking a break from shooting Mugamoodi for awhile. "The shooting is 50 per cent complete," she reveals. Then adds, "So I'm going home to Mumbai for a break and will be back in Chennai after a month." So how does she recuperate from long schedules on set? "Oh, I mostly like to laze around at home," she laughs, "they call me a real couch potato because I sit in front of the television and channel surf for hours."Apparently the 21-year-old is also quite the singer. She giggles, "No, not really." Although, she does recall a fun incident from her college days. "I had to sing Rihanna's Umbrella in Hindi!" she reminices, and goes on, "I ended up dancing with an umbrella on stage, it was a lot of fun." Singing in Kollywood may have to wait a while though she concedes, as she is getting up to par with her Tamil. "But I do love listening to unusual voices, "she states. "Lady Gaga is on top of my list."
