List of corrupt should be final: KV Singhdeo

BHUBANESWAR: BJP Legislature Party leader KV Singhdeo on Tuesday wanted names of persons who are fighting cases in courts to be deleted forthwith from the list of corrupt persons published by the Vigilance Department.Raising the issue during the zero hour, Singhdeo said Odisha’s corrupt list has 351 names in the agreed list category and 368 names in the suspect list category. The names have been included from across all 14 Government departments. Singhdeo said the list should be published after all options were exhausted in the courts. If some people in the list are exonerated by the court, what will the Vigilance Department do, he asked.
