The tennis star has been seeing Pillai, former wife of actor Sanjay Dutt, for the past couple of years.
Mumbai: Wimbeldon champion and Indian Davis Cup captain Leander Paes has become father as his partner Rhea Pillai delivered a baby girl at a city hospital in Mumbai, sources said on Tuesday.
The baby, born Monday, has been named Anaihya. Both mother and child are healthy, the sources added.
Paes, leading the Indian Davis Cup team in the tie against Pakistan from April 7, was at the hospital during the birth, they said.
The tennis star has been seeing Pillai, former wife of actor Sanjay Dutt, for the past couple of years. The duo met at an Art of Living class where Pillai was the teacher.
