The junior doctors were reluctant to show their cards and picked up an argument with the guards. After a while, the four snatched the sticks of the guards and started beating them. The security guards were mildly injured. The guards, who belong to a private agency Sahara, lodged a complaint to the Chilkalguda police. Later, the resident medical officer (RMO) had to step in to settle the issue.
