Samsung has unveiled the fourth generation of its Galaxy Note phablet at simultaneous events in Beijing, Berlin, and New York. Here are the top features in the Galaxy Note 4.
1. It weighs 176g and is 8.5mm thick.
2. It comes in four colours - black, white gold and pink.
3. It has a metal frame and soft-textured back panel.
4. The phablet has a 5.7-inch (2560x1440) Quad HD Super AMOELD display.
5. Its new Muti Window feature is claimed to enhance the overall multitasking experience.
6. Samsung, in the Galaxy Note 4's S Pen, has doubled the pressure sensitivity from the Galaxy Note 3.
7. Its new Smart Select feature lets you make a collage of information/screenshots from different sources.
8. The S Pen can also work as a mouse cursor.
9. Snap Note is another new feature.
10. It has a 16 megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilisation. Its front camera is claimed to capture 60 per cent more light.
11. It gets charged faster than its predecessor, and has low power consumption (7.5% increase).
12. It will be available in global markets from October.
