New Delhi: Three months after terrible communal riots tore through Muzaffarnagar, approximately 16,000 people are still languishing in relief camps. During the riots over one lakh people were displaced. In Malakpur relief camp, 25 children have died in the deadly cold and foggy conditions and the Uttar Pradesh government remains in denial.
