BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Monday admitted a writ petition, requesting the court to direct the police not to interfere when bars employ women, and issued notices to the Police Department.C V Vinod of Aishwarya Bar and Restaurant in Gandhianagar had filed a writ petition stating that though the High Court had permitted the bars to employ women, the police frequently interfered and harassed the bar owners when women were employed.Justice B S Patil admitted the petition and issued notices to the police.
