Mumbai: Mumbai Police arrested the fourth accused in Mira Road gangrape case.

Umesh Bhoir, 29, who was absconding, was arrested on Sunday night. Bhoir is one of the seven people accused in the case. Three others including the girl's boyfriend were arrested on Saturday.

Police are still on the lookout for three more boys, involved in the rape of a 19-year-old college girl.

The 19-year-old girl from Bhayander was gangraped twice - first by her boyfriend and friends on May 14 who made an MMS of the rape.

She was later blackmailed and raped by her boyfriend's brother and his friend on June 6.

The principal of the victim's college said that the college will help in the victim's rehabilitation process.

"She will surely come back to the college. She will be provided the necessary rehabilitation. Teachers as well as students will support her and not let her feel that such a mishap has occurred with her because she is not responsible for anything. I want her to continue working in her field of interest, be it sports or academics," said college principal KD Paranjpe.
