Divakarans remand extended till March 8

TIRUVARUR: The Thiruthuraipoondi Judicial Magistrate Court on Thursday extended the judicial remand of V Divakaran and two others, accused in a case related to threatening of a TNSTC mechanic, Saravanan, till March 8. Divakaran, brother of Sasikala Natarajan, was accused of threatening Saravanan of Edaiyur in Thiruthuraipoondi. Following a complaint filed by Saravanan, the Ediayur police registered case against Divakaran and his aide Ganeshan and Sengamalathayar College manager Paneerselvam.
