New Delhi: A teenager has alleged sexual assault by two men in the Connaught Place area of New Delhi. The victim claims she ran away from her home in Gorakhpur because of constant torture from her step mother. She arrived in New Delhi three days back.
In her statement to the police, the victim claims when she came out of Railway Station, two men lured her on some pretext and raped her. The incident happened near Scindia House. The medical examination of the victim confirms rape.
A case has been registered at the Barakhamba road police station. According to sources the victim changed her statement a couple of times after she came to the police and it may hit the probe.
