Court releases Bharti's passport
Bharti Yadav, the key witness in the Nitish Katara murder case has collected her passport and visa from a Delhi court.

New Delhi: Bharti Yadav, the key witness in the Nitish Katara murder case, on Tuesday, collected her passport and visa from a Delhi court.

Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur, who had held the in-camera deposition of Bharti, released the passport, which was deposited in court.

The passport was handed over to advocate Punit Mittal on behalf of Bharti after judge-in charge of Patiala House Court K C Lohia allowed its release.

Bharti, daughter of Uttar Pradesh politician D P Yadav, had flown in from UK, to record her testimony in the murder trial.

Her brother and cousin Vikas and Vishal Yadav are the main accused in the case.

The prosecution had argued that Nitish was murdered because the main accused Vikas Yadav did not approve of his sister's relationship with him.
