BANGALORE: The Union government on Tuesday issued an advisory to the state government asking it to strictly adhere to Constitutional norms while running the government.Acting on a direction from the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs (CCPA), the Union home secretary has issued the advisory to the state government. The CCPA had decided to issue an advisory to the state government while rejecting Governor H R Bharadwaj's recommendation to dismiss the B S Yeddyurappa-led government following Supreme Court's order to quash disqualification of 16 MLAs.However, Chief Secretary S V Ranganath denied having received any such advisory by his office.Even the Raj Bhavan maintained that it has not received any such message.
