They will continue to fight for ownership of the land and will appeal in the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court order.
Ayodhya: Amid efforts for an out-of-court settlement, the Nirmohi Akhara – which is one of the main plaintiffs and was awarded one-third of the dispute site -- has now indicated that they will continue to fight for ownership of the land and will appeal in the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court order.
Nirmohi Akhara spokesperson Kartik Chopra said: “We will continue our fight for ownership of the land and will appeal in the Supreme Court. There will be no joint appeal and we would file a petition independently.
Raja Ramchandra Acharya, member of Nirmohi Akhara, said: “Some people met in personal capacity, any question of settlement can be between aggrieved parties only.”
