BERHAMPUR: As many as 30 persons were injured, five seriously, when a mini-bus turned turtle near Puruna Magura area under Aska police limits on Sunday.The bus was carrying passengers from Sorada to Aska when the mishap occurred. While the seriously injured have been shifted to MKCG Medical, the rest were admitted to Aska hospital. A case has been registered and efforts are on to nab the driver and cleaner of the bus who have fled.Jail staff on strikeStaff of various jails in the district, including Berhampur Circle Jail, launched an hunger strike on Sunday. They have begun the agitation seeking fulfilment of their 12 demands, including pay parity with police officers.
