New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday will decide whether accused RK Chandolia's bail should be cancelled or upheld in the 2G spectrum scam case.

Chandolia has sought a stay on the Delhi High Court's order that questioned granting of bail to him.
In December, a trial court had given bail to Chandolia and thereafter the High Court had issued notice to Chandolia and the CBI questioning the granting of bail.
In December itself the Supreme Court stayed the High Court order. The stay has been extended further by the Supreme Court on Monday until the next date of hearing.
