On Friday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy called former Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao and enquired about the health condition of KCR.
According to the latest update, on Friday, K Chandrashekar Rao underwent a total left hip replacement surgery. The surgery was performed by a team of senior orthopaedic surgeons at the hospital and his condition is now said to be stable.
In the health bulletin on Friday, the hospital said that post-surgery, KCR has been receiving post-operative care including IV fluids, prophylactic antibiotics and pain medication. “The plan for ambulation, physiotherapy and nutrition would be designed based on assessment on Saturday,” the hospital added. The procedure will take six to eight weeks for recovery.
Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan recently met the Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos at their Hyderabad residence. Ted Sarandos was in India to attend the screening of Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. The CEO also had lunch at Jr NTR’s house. Although the reason for Ted Sarandos’ visit to Hyderabad has not been disclosed yet, it would not be a surprise if he flew to meet Ram Charan and Jr NTR, considering the fact that RRR was widely acclaimed in the West after its Oscar win.
Chiranjeevi was last seen in Bhola Shankar, which was directed by Mehr Ramesh. The film also featured Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh and Sushanth. This was a remake of Tamil film Vedalam. Bhola Shankar couldn’t perform well at the box office due to tough competition.
