Prabhas-starrer Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire has been creating a lot of buzz all over social media for a long time. According to latest reports, the censorship process for this film has been completed. The film has been given an ‘A’ certificate by the censor team, which means it will be restricted for an adult audience. Children will not be allowed to watch the movie in theatres. The runtime of this movie is said to be 2 hours, 55 minutes, and 22 seconds. As per reports, OTT platforms like Amazon Prime, Sony Liv, and Netflix were competing for the film’s OTT rights. Netflix finally managed to get the rights. It is reported that Rs 185 crore have been shelled out for the rights. As per the deal made with the producers, Netflix will stream Salaar on their platform only after the theatrical run is over.

Prabhas’ Salaar Part 1: CeaseFire is going to be released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Few days ago, the makers unveiled the much-awaited action-packed trailer of Salaar. It went viral in no time. Right after the release, the trailer continues to roar on every platform. In just a few hours of the release, the trailer has garnered 75 million views on YouTube. Sharing the official data of the record-breaking views on the platform, makers Hombale Films wrote, “75 MILLION VIEWS.”

Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language epic action thriller film directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films. The movie also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles. The music for the film is composed by Ravi Basrur, while the cinematography is done by Bhuvan Gowda. Salaar is all set to hit theatres worldwide on December 22.
