Preheat your oven to 450 °F (232 °C).
Coat the insides of a 9 pie pan with all of the butter.
Combine all of the rest of the ingredients. If using a blender or mixer, blend on low speed for about three minutes. If doing it by hand, mix it thoroughly and longer.
Pour the batter into the pie pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 450 and then reduce the oven to 350 and bake for 10 more minutes.
Remove the Pancake carefully with a potholder and spatula.
Cut the Pancake in half, placing each half on its own plate.
Choose a topping to go on it. Lemon topping: Top with butter and powdered sugar and place lemon wedges on the plate. Applesauce topping: Heat the applesauce. Spoon 4 tablespoons (59.1 ml) lightly over the pancake. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Strawberry topping: The night before you need it, place 1/2 cup of strawberries into a bowl and sprinkle lightly with 1 tablespoon (14.8 ml) lemon juice. Store in the refrigerator. Whipped cream
