How to Fill a Series on Google Sheets on Android
How to Fill a Series on Google Sheets on Android
This wikiHow teaches you how to copy a value or formula to a series of cells using Google Sheets for Android.
Steps

Open a Google Sheets file.

Open Google Sheets and tap a file. This opens the file for editing.

Tap the first cell in the series.

This is the cell containing the value or formula you want to appear in the rest of the series. The cell is now surrounded by a blue border.

Tap and drag the blue border to the end of the series.

You'll want to select at least two cells that are next to each other. The entire area is now highlighted.

Tap the highlighted area.

Tap the area you've highlighted. A pop-up will appear.

Tap "Autofill."

If you don't see Autofill, tap the three horizontal dots first—you'll see it then. The first cell’s value is now applied to every cell in the series. If the value of the first cell contains dates or numbers, the other selected cells will fill with a series that continues the pattern.

What's your reaction?
