The Jawaani Janeman actress shared another of her fitness reel with us on her Instagram handle recently. Here we see how she accomplishes her aim to jump from one spill ball to another spill ball. She captioned it, “Bola tha na? Kar ke dikhaungi. After many physically and mentally challenging sessions and countless falls and failures, BALL TO BALL JUMPING HAS BEEN UNLOCKED!” Her fans were impressed by her fitness routine and showered her with love and praise. Elaborating on the workout, Alaya revealed that it was more of a skill than an exercise. “Just like a backflip, it is not an exercise meant to train a specific part of the body. It’s a skill that requires mobility, balance, and strength. It ends up being a full-body workout, but that’s not the purpose or aim,” she added.

This was not the first time that her fans saw her trying to ace her jump. She shared another reel, three days back where she was trying her best to balance on the ball and captioned it, “No pain no gain, some days are just failures. Here are a few of the hundred fails I had today in the hopes that the 101st tomorrow will be a success.”
