According to a report in The Express, Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez is target for the La Liga side Valencia, who want him to fill the gap left by Roberto Soldado.
Soldado is expected to join the English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur this season, and Valencia are looking up to the Mexican to replace him.
Valencia are expected to try to bring in two new players in an attempt to replace the 28-year-old, who scored 24 La Liga goals last season.
Valencia had tried to sign Hernandez as a replacement for the Barcelona bound David Villa in 2010, but they were doubtful if the Mexican can adapt himself in to Spanish football.
However, with the future of Wayne Rooney unclear, the Mexican will not be easily sold from Old Trafford.
