Napoli blast PSG spending over Cavani deal

Paris: Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has hit out at PSG over their imminent deal for Edinson Cavani. PSG have agreed to meet Cavani's 63 million euros buyout clause to take him to Paris.
