To become an air hostess, the minimum age should be 17 years and the maximum 26 years. Many companies also hire girls aged 30 or older.

3. The weight of the air hostess should be in proportion to their body, and they should not have any major health-related problems.

4. Along with being physically fit, the air hostess should also have good eyesight. For this, their eye power should be at least 6/9.

Responsibilities:

1. The air hostess welcomes the passengers. Give them a briefing before the flight. Also gives guidance on sitting on the seats.

2. If passengers face any problems during a flight, it is the air hostess who finds the solution. They have to solve the problems of passengers in every situation.

3. The air hostess provides food and refreshments to the passengers. She performs the hospitality duties during the entire journey.

Air Hostess Courses After 12th:

1. To become an air hostess, one can do a 1-year diploma course.

2. You can do certificate courses lasting 3 to 6 months or 6 months to 1 year.

3. You can also take admission in a 2- or 3-year aviation program.

Salary:

According to reports, the starting salary of an air hostess ranges from Rs 45,000 to 50,000. Along with this, with increasing experience, air hosts can easily earn Rs 2–2.5 lakh per month. Apart from this, some companies also give incentives and bonuses to air hostesses.
