The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has rolled out the admit card for the National Defence Academy (NDA) 2 written examination 2024. Aspirants who have qualified for this exam can now download their admit card from the official websites of UPSC, which are upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in. Candidates have to login with their credentials, such as their registration number or roll number and date of birth, to access the admit card.

The commission will administer the UPSC NDA 2 exam on September 1. It will be held in two shifts, with the first shift commencing from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, and the other shift will start at 2 PM and run until 4:30 PM. It is worth noting that the UPSC NDA 2 exam serves as a gateway for recruitment in the Army, Air Force, and Navy sectors of the academy, as well as the Indian Navy Academy Course (INAC).

UPSC NDA 2 Admit Card: Here’s How to Download

Step 1: Login to the official UPSC websites, upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.

Step 2: Then, click on the link titled “UPSC NDA 2 Admit Card 2024” on the homepage.

Step 3: Now, a new page will appear where candidates need to enter their login credentials, such as registration number or roll number and date of birth.

Step 4: Once done, the UPSC NDA 2 Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Cross-check all the details thoroughly and save it.

Step 6: Take a screenshot or printout the hall ticket for the examination day.

Upon downloading, candidates must check the following information on the admit card. It includes details like the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, name and address of the examination centre, centre code, city, examination time and reporting time.

In addition to that, candidates who will appear in the UPSC NDA 2 exam are advised to carry the exam admit card along with the (original) Photo Identity card, such as a PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc., in each session to secure admission to the examination hall.

UPSC NDA 2 Exam 2024: Exam Pattern

The UPSC NDA 2 examination is conducted via OMR sheet and will encompass two papers: Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). The duration for both papers is 2.5 hours. Talking about the marks, the total marks for the mathematics exam are 300, while for the general ability test, the total marks are 600.

UPSC NDA 2 Exam 2024: Selection Process

Candidates will have to go through a three-tier selection process to qualify for the posts. Starting with the UPSC NDA 2 written examination, those who clear the exams will be qualified for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, which includes group tasks, psychological tests and a personal interview. Furthermore, after the SSB interview, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the physical standards required for NDA.
