Joginder, who is currently serving as a DSP in the Haryana Police, took to Instagram to share a post in which he can be seen posing for photos with Dhoni.

The video, posted by the former Indian pacer, also featured a line that read, “Good to see you Mahi after very long time.”
The post was accompanied by background Bollywood music by Ae Yaar Sun Yaari Teri, which perfectly encapsulated the timeless bond shared by both Dhoni and Joginder.
Joginder was trusted by Dhoni to bowl the final over of the 2007 T20 World Cup final against Pakistan and sealed a famous win for India by dismissing Misbah-ul-Haq.
Recalling that summit clash against Pakistan, one social media user reacted to the post by commenting, “Two legends of 2007 T20 World Cup.”
Echoing a similar sentiment, another person wrote, “People who watched the 2007 final, never forget last over against final handling pressure.”
Referring to Dhoni and Joginder, one Instagram user commented, “Two legends & two world cup winners.”
“Heroes of 2007 WC in one frame,” read a response.
Joginder played in a total of four ODIs and four T20Is for India during his three-year long career. He made his T20I debut for the Men in Blue against England in Durban, and the final against Pakistan was his last match in the shortest format for India.
He finished his career with 35 runs and one wicket in four ODIs and four wickets in four T20Is.
Joginder also played in the IPL under Dhoni’s leadership for CSK and was part of the IPL winning squad in 2010 and 2011.
