‘Reuniting After Years’: Kutty Padmini Shares Adorable Picture With Former Actress Kanaka

Kanaka is a former actress in the Tamil film industry. She is the daughter of popular actress Devika and has been a part of some of the most popular films in the South Indian film industry. She has worked with actors and actresses like Rajinikanth, Pandiyan, Sarathkumar, Vijaykumar, and more. She was once considered one of the most popular actresses in the industry. After acting in various films, the actress left acting after the demise of her mother. It was reported that she fell into depression and, as a result, stayed away from the limelight. After many years, it was found that Kanaka lived away from everything, and nobody knew about her whereabouts. Now, actress Kutty Padmini has found her and even shared a picture of the actress on her social media.

Kutty Padmini went in search of Kanaka. It was reported that Kanaka had left acting around 25 years ago, and people didn’t know about her whereabouts. Kutty Padmini revealed in an interview that, “I had much difficulty locating her house. The name ‘Devika’ was engraved on the nameplate outside, so I knew that was the one. The house was locked from both within and outside. But there was light inside. When I asked the people around, they were all telling me they had no idea when she would return or go out. Her mother, Devika, was cordial to everyone. And here, her daughter is left at the mercy of fate. There is no one to extend her a helping hand.”

Kutty Padmini waited outside her house for some time. Later, she saw an auto arriving, and it was Kanaka getting out of the vehicle. She immediately went to her and told her that she had worked with her mother. Later, both of them spent a lot of time at a café. They even chatted about a lot of things. Padmini even questioned her about her living condition. In reply, she said that things are getting better as there has been a compromise between her and her father, and the property dispute has also been settled.

Padmini added that she looked very cute and bubbly, and she had a great time with her. She even uploaded a picture with the former actress on Instagram. She captioned it, “Reuniting after years with my loveable Devika ma’am’s daughter, my loveable sister Kanaka. The happiness is immeasurable. We spent some quality time together.”
