In order to attract more target audience, the company has released an offer, where customers can get a chance to meet former Australian cricketer, Matthew Hayden while taking the vehicle’s delivery.

Recently, the company also posted a video on their official Instagram handle, where a customer was seen taking the delivery of XUV700 through Hayden. The brand also captioned the post where it wrote ” Drive with an icon. Book your favorite Mahindra SUV and stand a chance to meet Matthew Hayden. Coming soon to a dealership near you.”

In the Short format video, Hayden can be seen arriving at the authorized dealership in a white-colored XUV700, wearing traditional clothes, and greeted staff members with folded hands.

As the clip moves forward, it shows the customer reaching the showroom with his wife, and getting the SUV delivered from International Cricket. Later, the sportsman took a spin with his car in the city, and was seen exchanging words with them.

Ever since the clip was dropped on the internet, it received a large number of views and likes. Some of the social media users also shared their opinions in the comment section. While few appreciated the move, some asked the company about the upcoming 5-door Thar.

Mahindra XUV700 Engine and Power

The former generates a max power of 197.13bhp at 5000rpm with 380Nm of peak torque at 1750-3000rpm. While the latter one churns out a max power of 152.87bhp at 3750rpm and 360Nm of torque at 1500-2800rpm.
