Tata Motors revs up Punch lineup, introducing sleek digital instrument clusters across all variants for an enhanced driving experience.

Tata Motors is set to elevate the driving experience of its Punch lineup by outfitting all variants with a sleek digital instrument cluster.

Recent spy image have unveiled that even the base models will now feature a modern 4-inch digital screen, providing essential information such as speed, time, odometer readings, trip meter details, and warning lights in a sleek and accessible format.

This state-of-the-art digital cluster is the same unit found in popular Tata models like the Tiago, Tigor, and the entry-level Nexon variant. However, the top-tier Creative variant of the Punch will retain its distinctive semi-digital instrument cluster, boasting a more premium display that first made waves with the iconic Safari and Harrier models.

The decision to standardize the digital cluster reflects Tata Motors’ commitment to enhancing your driving experience and staying ahead in the competition, especially against the Hyundai Exter, which boasts a digital instrument cluster across its entire range. With this upgrade, there’s a slight adjustment in the Punch’s price, ensuring it aligns with the latest technological trends in the automotive world.

For those eagerly awaiting this update, there’s an extra layer of anticipation for more feature announcements from Tata Motors. Enthusiasts hope for an even more enticing package in this segment.

Currently available in four trims – Pure, Adventure, Accomplished, and Creative – the Punch is not just a car; it’s a companion powered by a robust 1.2-litre 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 84 bhp and 113 Nm of torque. Choose between a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT, or opt for the CNG variant producing 76 BHP and 97 Nm of torque, exclusively paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

Besides this, Tata Motors is conducting tests on the electric variant of the Punch, sharing its powertrain with the Tiago and Tigor EV. This move is expected to not only revolutionize your driving experience but also contribute significantly to the growing electric vehicle landscape in India.
