Hyundai Exter Unlocks New Milestone, Sold 93k Units in 1 Year
The company has termed the model one of the best-selling products in the product range. It has sold over 71,301 units in FY2024. 

Ever since the Hyundai Exter was launched in India, it has received an overwhelming response from customers, all thanks to its competitive price and bold design.  It was launched at Rs 5.99 lakh last year in July, and since then the company has sold over 93k units in just one year.

The company has termed the model one of the best-selling products in the product range. It has not just increased sales, but also attracted new customers in its segment. The company says it has sold over 71,301 units in FY2024.

Design

Talking about the design, the Hyundai Exter comes with an aggressive style statement, featuring a headlight setup and impressive fog lamps, which are placed below its H-shaped DRLs. The model gets heavy cladding on the side, making it look more bold in its segment.

At the rear, it gets LED treatment, which is complemented by the Exter badging in the centre.

Engine and Power

Under the hood, Hyundai Exter is available in both Petrol and CNG engines options. The former is powered by an 1197 cc unit that generates a maximum power of 81.8bhp at 6000rpm and a peak torque of 113.8Nm at 4000rpm. The latter has been given an 1197 cc CNG engine that churns out an impressive power of 67.72bhp at 6000rpm and a torque of 95.2Nm at 4000rpm.

The model has been offered in both Manual & Automatic transmission. When it comes to the overall size, flaunts the length of 3815 mm, width of 1710 mm and height of 1631 mm.

Competitors

Amid the time when the most competitive segment has been dominated by Citroen C3, Tata Punch, Toyota Taisor, Maruti Fronx, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger, the tech-loaded Exter has created its way and took the seventh place in FY2024.
