2021 Renault Triber MPV Launched in India at 5.30 Lakh, Gets New Dual-Tone Paint Options
Renault has added some new features to the Triber including turn indicators on ORVM, steering-mounted audio controls (from RXT onwards), height-adjustable driver’s seat (limited to RXZ variant).

The all-new Triber 2021 has been launched by Renault in the Indian market. The manufacturer has added some new features and new dual tone colours which are limited to the range-topping RXZ MT and AMT variant only; commanding a premium of Rs 17,000 over their corresponding mono-tone variants. However, no cosmetic or mechanical changes have been made by the company in the model. Renault has also increased the prices of all the Triber’s variants by up to Rs 15,000.

Features: Renault has added some new features to the Triber including dual horn which will be offered on all variants, turn indicators on ORVM (offered from RXT onwards), steering-mounted audio controls (from RXT onwards), height-adjustable driver’s seat (limited to RXZ variant). The RXZ variant will now also offer a dual-paint option that blacks out the roof and the outside rear-view mirrors.Some other details are 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, manual air-con, a 3.5-inch digital instrument cluster, and keyless entry with push-button start, projector headlamps, power windows among others. While for safety the model is equipped with four airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors with a camera.

Engine: The all-new 2021 Triber is offered with only one petrol engine which is a three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 72 PS of max power and a peak torque output of 96 Nm. It is also offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Disc brakes are used to perform the braking duties while you can also ask for drum brakes. Roof rails that can carry a weight up to 50 kgs are also attached with the model.

Price: The MPV is one of the least expensive model one can buy in the Indian market. The 2021 Triber comes with a price tag starting at Rs 5.30 lakh ex-showroom for the base variant. Whereas the top-end RXZ AMT dual-tone will cost Rs 7.82 lakh ex-showroom.
