Lion is often called the king of the jungle and the fiercest predator in the animal kingdom. We often come across various videos where we see lions hunting. But have you ever seen lions being attacked by other animals? Do you know about any animal that can attack a lion? Recently, a video went viral on the Internet where we can see a group of three lions being attacked by a hippopotamus. The video has surfaced on the internet leaving everyone surprised.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a user named Nature is Amazing (@AMAZlNGNATURE). The user is famous for posting such surprising nature-related videos. Recently, the user shared a video where we can see a strong confrontation between three lions and a hippo. However, the fight looked completely one-sided, showcasing the power in the water.

In the video, three lions can be seen swimming in a water body. It looked like the lions were trying to cross the water body. Suddenly, a hippopotamus approached the lions. The speed of the animal in the water looked incredible. Though two lions managed to run away, the hippopotamus managed to get hold of one lion. The animal tried to bite the lion with his mammoth mouth but failed. After some time, the lions managed to get out of the water. The hippopotamus eventually slowed down after getting out of the water and all the lions managed to escape successfully.

The video went viral soon after it was posted, garnering over 9.75 lakh views. The post was liked by more than 10,000 users. Thousands of people also commented on the video.
