US Man Wins Rs 42 Lakh Using License Plate Of Late Dog In Lottery

The Ohio Lottery authorities were informed by Roger Sours of Tiffin that he purchased a ticket for the Pick 5 drawing on Wednesday at the Pit Stop located on N Washington Street. He chose the unique sequence of numbers 1-0-8-2-2. He revealed that the license plate for his deceased German shepherd was, in fact, the winning number.

Upon seeing the lottery results on TV, Sours claimed to be taken aback. He said that he usually watches lottery draws on TV when he has the opportunity. In his account of the winning moment, he told the Ohio Lottery that he “froze” and was simply amazed that it had hit. According to Sours, he will use his profits to pay off a few bills and grow his savings. The chances of winning the lotto are microscopic, but never zero.

A woman in the United States learnt in April that she had won the grand prize of the Michigan Lottery, which was $500,000 (about Rs 4 crore). The woman said that a tarot card reading foretold her lotto win on the same day.

As reported by USA Today, the woman bought scratch-off tickets at a BP petrol station in Fenton as she was on her way to the tarot reading. The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, claimed that although she had never considered winning the lottery, the tarot cards suggested impending financial prosperity.

She was shocked to find a life-altering sum when she scratched out her tickets. She went to the lottery offices shortly after the results were announced to pick up her prize. The woman now intends to pay off her vehicle, take her friend on a trip and create some investments with the prize money.
