Whether you have a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion to host, cakes are an ideal dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. There’s never a bad time to have a slice of chocolate cake topped with fudge ice cream, choco chips, and chocolate syrup. But how would you react if you were handed a cocktail mixture of a giant chocolate cake, a tub of ice cream, plus a lot of chocolate syrup? Isn’t it too much? Dessert cocktails are becoming a thing and, in an effort to create something new a bartender combined all of the chocolate ingredients available in his kitchen.
Yes, we aren’t kidding. An Instagram user, who goes by the name Tipsy Bartender shared a video of him preparing this rich cocktail drink. The video unfolds to show the bartender putting half of the mouth-watering chocolate cake in a blender. He then began his food experiment by adding brandy to it. Surprised? If you believe this is the end, then hold on tight! The man next opens a tub of chocolate fudge brownie ice cream and adds the entire ice cream to the blender. Yes, you read that right.
After this, the user drizzles brandy on top and gives it a nice stir in the blender. Besides this, he also takes a beer mug, coats its corners with chocolate syrup, and refrigerates it. Before serving the drink, he adds two big slices of cake to the mug and then pours the high-calorie drink on top of it. As a topping, he uses whipped cream along with another slice of cake.
“Henny Chocolate Cake Decadence,” he named the unique cocktail, adding that this drink is not for all. It is ‘only for the strong’.
